Licensed Practical Nurse

We are hiring for LPN's to assist us in serving the elderly and disabled community. Our LPN's are vital for the health of our individuals and would be responsible for monitoring, recording and reporting symptoms or changes in patient's conditions. Also, they are tasked with maintaining accurate patients' reports and medical histories, administering medication and treatment to patients and observing reactions or side effects.

We are looking for LPN's to open cases and perform 60 day evaluations.

The pay is $30 for each case opened only/ No hourly wage/ Part Time Position

We only pay our LPN's when they open a case. We only accept waivers at this time for our company.

The daily duties of our L.P.N would be to visit the client's home and open their case. Our L.P.N. will also be required to perform 60 day evaluations for our client's cases.
